SHIPPING POLICY

Processing time
All orders ship within 3 business days from Southwest Virginia. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Tracking and insurance
Every order ships tracked and insured — no exceptions. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your shipping label is created.

Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Orders over $99 ship free within the United States.

Delivery estimates
Once shipped, most domestic orders arrive within 2–5 business days depending on your location and the carrier's service level. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are the carrier's, and while they're usually accurate, they aren't guaranteed by the carrier during peak periods.

Packaging
Games are collectibles and we pack them that way. Cartridges and discs are protected against shock and shifting, and boxed items are packed to protect the box itself — corners, seams, and all.

Problems in transit
If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows it as lost or stalled, contact us right away through the Contact page. Every shipment is insured, and we'll take care of the claim and make it right — that's part of our 14-day guarantee.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you catch a mistake, contact us as soon as possible; we can correct an address any time before the order ships.

International shipping
We currently ship within the United States. If you're outside the US and want something in the store, contact us — we'll see what we can do.
