RETURNS & REFUNDS — THE 14-DAY GUARANTEE

Every purchase from Retro Salvage Games is backed by our 14-day guarantee. Every item we sell is tested, inspected, and honestly described before it ships — and if we miss, we make it right.

Not working or not as described
If a game arrives not working, or its condition or completeness doesn't match the listing, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We'll cover the fix: replacement (when we have another copy), repair, or a full refund including your original shipping — your choice where possible, and we pay the return shipping. This is the core of the guarantee and there's no restocking fee, ever.

Changed your mind
We get it — collecting is personal. Unopened or unused items in the same condition you received them can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. For change-of-mind returns, the buyer covers return shipping. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can watch for it.

How to start a return
Contact us through the Contact page with your order number and a quick description of the issue (photos help for condition claims). We'll respond within one business day with return instructions. Please don't ship anything back without contacting us first — unannounced returns are hard to match to orders and slow everything down.

Refund timing
Once a return arrives and is checked in, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to post it.

Condition of returns
Returned items must come back in the condition they were sent — same contents, same completeness. Items returned damaged, incomplete, or swapped may receive a partial refund or be returned to the sender.

Non-returnable
Factory-sealed items that have been opened are no longer sealed items and can't be returned as such (defective contents are still covered by the guarantee). Disc repair services are non-refundable once performed, but every resurfaced disc is tested for a clean read before it goes back to you.
