Trade-In Policy

Selling or trading your games should be simple and fair. Here's exactly how it works — no fine print games.

How offers work

Tell us what you have through the quote form — consoles, inventory count and condition (photos help a lot). We review current market values, factor in condition and completeness, and send you a real offer. No obligation, no pressure: if it's not right for you, keep your games and no hard feelings.

Cash or store credit

Every offer comes two ways: cash or store credit — and store credit offers always run higher. If you're a collector planning to put the value right back into games, credit is the better deal.

What affects your offer

Condition — working, clean items earn more; heavy wear, damage, or untested items earn less. Completeness — original boxes and manuals meaningfully raise value; a Complete in Box copy is worth substantially more than a loose one. Demand — some titles simply command more than others, and our offers track the real market, not a flat rate.

The ground rules

Everything you sell us is tested and inspected on arrival, the same way we inspect what we sell — offers are confirmed after inspection, and if something differs from its description we'll contact you before anything is final. You must be 18 or older to sell to us. We do not buy reproduction cartridges or bootleg discs represented as originals, and we don't buy items you don't own — that's a hard line.

Trades

Want inventory instead of money? Trades work like a store-credit sale: your items are valued at the store-credit rate and applied against anything in stock. The math is transparent — you'll see both sides of the deal before you agree.

Questions about a specific collection? Ask us — describing what you have costs nothing.
